Bruschetta / toasted bread topped balsamic, fresh tomato, basil garlic, and parmesan

Taquitos / hand-rolled taquitos with roasted corn, sweet potatoes, onions and black beans / served with guacamole and salsa / vegan

Ahi ceviche / ceviche with an Asian infusion: mango, avocado, onion, peppers, sesame / served with chips and wonton chips

Smoked salmon and cucumber bites / smoked salmon, fresh dill, mascarpone, pickled red onion and capers

Empanadas / beef, chicken, or veggie; served with salsa verde
