Update on Mario de Leon, Pura Vida interpreter

I am sad to report the passing of Mario de Leon, a Pura Vida interpreter beloved by many of our Guatemala work team members. He recently went into the hospital with vision problems. On June 30, 2025 he ended up having a 5-centimeter brain tumor removed by a private clinic specializing in that area. Unfortunately, he never recovered. His funeral service was held today.

We are trying to raise $5,500 to help Mario's family with hospital bills and funeral expenses. This is a huge amount of money in Guatemala.  If you would like to help, please use the link below.
